Rental of Apartment for vacation in Málaga. Two Suites Apartment. Max.: 4 Guests
At the moment of the reservation, a contract with these terms and personal data of the Owner and the Tenant will be drawn up and will come into force after the bank transfer of the amount of the reservation plus the security deposit.
Payment Terms: The Tenant shall pay the full rental fee plus security deposit at the time of reservation by bank transfer to the Owner’s designated bank account. Failure to make the payment within 24 hours of the reservation will result in cancellation of the reservation.
Rules of Hire: The Tenant agrees to abide by the following rules during the rental period:
- No smoking, vaping is allowed in the apartment or on the premises.
- No parties or loud noise is allowed in the apartment or on the premises.
- No pets are allowed on the premises.
- Any damages caused by the Tenant during the rental period shall be the responsibility of the Tenant and shall be repaired or replaced at the Tenant’s expense with the security deposit.
- The apartment must be left in the same condition as it was found.
- The number of guests staying in the apartment shall not exceed the number stated in the reservation (Max 4 guests).
No Refund Policy: The Tenant understands that the reservation fee is non-refundable, and that no refunds will be issued for early departures or cancellations.
Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. The Tenant must adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed upon with the Owner.
Security Deposit: The Tenant shall pay a security deposit of 100 € by bank transfer at the time of reservation, which will be returned to the Tenant within 7 days after the end of the rental period, provided that no damages have been caused to the apartment or its contents.
Termination: The Owner reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time in the event of breach of the rules and conditions set forth in this contract.
